Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
  • Ensure availability during peak retail periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in maintaining operational standards. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
