Sephora in Gilbert, AZ is hiring an Operations Associate (part-time Flex). Hourly pay $18–$23/hr; inventory and merchandising role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations to ensure an efficient, well-functioning retail environment.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving shipments and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
  • Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving store sales objectives.
  • Enforce company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and compliant shopping experience.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture and provide flexible coverage during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment (or equivalent transferable experience).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with attention to operational detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player with a goal-driven mindset.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey information to clients and colleagues.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; able to stand and move throughout a retail shift.

Experience

1–2 years in a retail, hospitality or client-facing role; experience with inventory, merchandising or store operations preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 23 per hour.
