Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand identity.
  • Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, promoting openness and empowerment.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, enjoyable shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a goal-driven mindset. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment is required.

Compensation

$15.00 - $19.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
