Join Sephora in Fayetteville as a Part-Time Operations Associate. Manage inventory, support visual merchandising, and deliver exceptional client service in a dynamic retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations with a focus on inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store aligns with Sephora’s brand standards.
  • Support the execution of promotional setups and events.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork within the store.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Adaptability to a fast-paced retail setting. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Workplace

This position is based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, USA.

Compensation

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
