Join Sephora in Edison, NJ as a Part-Time Operations Associate. Manage inventory, assist with merchandising, and deliver exceptional client service in a dynamic retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
  • Support order fulfillment and maintain operational standards.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in handling a fast-paced retail environment. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Workplace

This position is based in Edison, New Jersey, USA, within easy reach of New York City.

Compensation

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
