Join Sephora in Durham, United States as an Operations Associate. Part-time role in a dynamic beauty retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
  • Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences.
  • Foster inclusivity and teamwork, promoting a culture of openness and empowerment.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to support outstanding client service. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus. Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Workplace

This position is based in Durham, North Carolina, USA.

Compensation

$18.00 - $23.00/hr, dependent on qualifications and experience.
