Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional client experiences.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand identity.
  • Deliver exceptional service and support the team in achieving sales goals.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering an environment of openness.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

This position is based in Durham, Durham, USA.

Compensation

$15.50 - $20.50/hr. Actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and location.
