Join Sephora in Denver as an Operations Associate, supporting daily operations and delivering exceptional client service in a dynamic retail environment. Part-time position with flexible scheduling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand identity.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe shopping experience.
  • Ensure availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
