Sephora seeks an Operations Associate in Chicago, USA. Join a dynamic team to enhance client shopping experiences. Flexible part-time position with competitive pay.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during client pickups.
- Maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked store.
- Contribute to store maintenance for a clean and efficient shopping environment.
- Support sales and promotional events through setup and execution.
- Participate in loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in operations, preferably within retail.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and multitasking ability.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in operations, preferably within a retail environment, is required.

Compensation
$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
