Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during client pickups.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized store environment.
- Contribute to store cleanliness and operational efficiency.
- Participate in the setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
- Engage in loss prevention efforts to ensure a safe shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in operations or a related field.
- Demonstrated passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Previous experience in a retail operations role is preferred.

Compensation
