Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during pickup.
  • Maintain a well-stocked store to enhance the client shopping experience.
  • Contribute to store cleanliness and smooth operations.
  • Participate in the setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
  • Engage in loss prevention efforts to maintain a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in operations, preferably within retail.
  • Passion for client service and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
  • Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
