Join Sephora in Carmel, IN as an Operations Associate. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay and a dynamic work environment within the beauty retail industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during pickup.
- Maintain a well-stocked store to enhance the client shopping experience.
- Contribute to store maintenance to ensure a clean and smoothly operating environment.
- Participate in the setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
- Engage in loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Prior work experience, preferably in operations.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience, preferably in operations.
Workplace
This position is based in Carmel, Indiana, USA, within easy reach of Indianapolis.
Compensation
$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
