Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
  • Support promotional setups and event execution.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Uphold company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.

This position is based in Berkeley, Berkeley, USA, within easy reach of San Francisco.

Compensation

$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
