Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations including inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in managing inventory and visual merchandising. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

This position is based in Berkeley, California, USA, within easy reach of San Francisco.

Compensation

$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
