Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to maintain Sephora's brand standards.
  • Support promotional setups and event execution to enhance the client experience.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to learn quickly and communicate product knowledge effectively. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

Compensation

$19.80 - $26.00 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and location.
