Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand identity.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, supporting the team in achieving sales goals.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering an open and empowering environment.
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team with a goal-driven mindset. Quick learning aptitude with the ability to communicate product knowledge. Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.

Compensation

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and location.
