Sephora is hiring an Operations Associate in Arcadia, United States. Join a dynamic team in a part-time role with flexible hours and competitive pay.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during client pickups.
- Maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked store.
- Contribute to store maintenance for a clean and efficient shopping environment.
- Support sales and promotional events through setup and execution.
- Participate in loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in operations, preferably within retail.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Prior work experience in operations is preferred, ideally within a retail setting.

Compensation
$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
