Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Assist with order fulfillment and maintain operational standards.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure promotional setups align with Sephora's brand.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar client-focused environment.

Skills

Proficiency in delivering outstanding client service. Adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

This position is based in Appleton, Wisconsin, USA.

Compensation

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
