Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in managing inventory and visual merchandising. Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
