Sephora in Algonquin, United States seeks an Operations Associate to manage store operations, inventory, and client service. Full-time position with competitive hourly pay.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
  • Support promotional setups and event execution.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.
  • Promote inclusivity and teamwork within the store.
  • Uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will be located in Algonquin, Algonquin, USA.

Compensation

$19.80 - $26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
