Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during client pickups.
  • Maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked store.
  • Contribute to store maintenance for a clean and efficient operation.
  • Support sales and promotional events through setup and execution.
  • Participate in loss prevention efforts to maintain a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in operations, preferably within retail.
  • Passion for client service and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.

Skills

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

Experience

Prior work experience in operations is preferred, particularly within the retail sector.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.

Compensation

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
