Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships Manager and Category Managers to plan brand packages and banner placements aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
- Work closely with the Creative Studio to brief, develop, and implement high-impact onsite assets, including homepage banners, offer content, and seasonal animations.
- Partner with the Animation Lead to strategize animation and onsite coverage that enhances the customer journey.
- Coordinate with the Trade Team to plan offer coverage across web and app platforms.
- Collaborate with the Sephora Collection team to plan and execute NPD launches and key seasonal activities on web and app.
- Drive improvements in workflow and processes, including creating workflows in Asana.
- Support the loyalty program with launches and offers across web and app.
- Gather and analyze reporting on key web pages, providing insights and recommendations using Quantum Metric.
- Assist with building blog pages as needed within CMS templates.
- Aid in the training and onboarding of interns, fostering the development of future talent.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in ecommerce, content, or digital marketing.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic digital design principles.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for brand consistency.
