Join Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine as a Marketing Product Manager for Christmas Makeup. Lead innovative campaigns within the LVMH family.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze past seasonal performance, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for the Christmas 2026 campaign with a unique and high-performing product offering.
- Collaborate with the creative team to define a compelling and inspiring theme.
- Develop the product mix, including assortment, pricing, and new gift box mechanics.
- Conceive innovative concepts to meet consumer expectations and differentiate in the market.
- Ensure growth and profitability while aligning with business objectives.
- Coordinate the value chain, ensuring effective collaboration with internal partners such as Project Management, R&D, and Supply Chain.
- Promote the strategy and engage internal stakeholders, including management and operations.
- Lead presentations and foster strong buy-in for the Christmas 2026 vision.
- Define and implement a successful launch and activation strategy.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing from a Business School, Engineering School, or Sciences Po.
- Proven experience in product development with strong knowledge of the beauty sector.
- Fluency in English.
