Sephora — Neuilly-sur-Seine: Management Control Assistant, Marketing & Sell-Out (1-year apprenticeship) starting Sept 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Report to the Marketing & Sell-Out Management Controller and contribute to the finance function of Sephora Collection.
  • Track and analyse marketing investments (media, influencers, digital) during monthly closings; identify risks and opportunities.
  • Participate in the preparation and consolidation of budgets in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Support operational teams (Marketing Retail, Image & Creation, Product Marketing) on budget monitoring, tool adoption and process optimisation.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting and ad hoc financial analyses to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master’s programme (Business School or University) with specialisation in Finance or Management Control.
  • First professional experience or internship in management control or finance.
  • Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with a clear business orientation.
  • Rigour, curiosity and strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional operational teams.
  • Proficiency in Pack Office and SAP.
  • Available for a 1-year apprenticeship beginning September 2026 and able to work in a hybrid mode from Neuilly‑sur‑Seine.

Experience

Beginner level: suitable for a Master’s student with at least one prior internship or initial experience in management control/finance. The role expects familiarity with monthly closings and budgeting processes.

The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
