Sephora in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks a Loss Prevention Agent for Shopping Morumbi. Join a leading beauty retailer and be part of the LVMH family.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct surveillance in the sales area and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and communicate suspicious activities.
- Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to the store manager.
- Adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring the preservation of evidence when necessary.
- Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits to the appropriate departments.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all store employees, local law enforcement agencies, shopping center security, and other retailers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
Experience in customer service and as a Loss Prevention Agent or Security Officer, preferably within the beauty, supermarket, apparel, or pharmacy sectors.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
