Role & Responsibilities
- Provide and rebook beauty services to achieve store goals.
- Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
- Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
- Follow company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Active license to provide beauty services in the relevant state.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
- Ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
- Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

This position is based in Wauwatosa, Wauwatosa, USA, within easy reach of Milwaukee.
Compensation
$19.80 - $26.00/hr
