Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide and rebook beauty services to achieve store goals.
  • Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
  • Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety standards.
  • Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
  • Adhere to Sephora standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide beauty services in the relevant state.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and achieving goals. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Metairie, Louisiana, USA, with easy access to New Orleans.

Compensation

$19.80 - $26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
