Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application.
  • Drive sales and service rebookings by educating clients on products and recommending complementary purchases.
  • Maintain active licensure and adhere to all hygiene, health and safety protocols and store standards.
  • Provide personalised client consultations to build lasting relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Support a collaborative store culture by participating in team initiatives, trainings and goal attainment.
  • Work flexible schedules to cover peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the state of employment.
  • 1–3 years' experience in a similar beauty-services role or in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environments.
  • Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty tools; ability to teach and translate trends for clients.
  • Proven ability to deliver personalised service and drive sales through consultative selling and service rebooking.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
