Join Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine as a Legal Intern in Economic Law. Contribute to cross-functional legal projects and gain valuable experience in consumer, distribution, and competition law.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the team in cross-functional projects related to consumer law, distribution, and competition.
  • Oversee the validation of various communication and sales promotion materials, including advertisements across all media, sales, promotions, loyalty card offers, price displays (notably Omnibus Regulation), and contests.
  • Monitor legal developments and assist in contract reviews (distribution, general services, CGA, NDA, etc.).
  • Prepare notes and presentations for operational teams and participate in pre-litigation follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Law with a specialization in Commercial Law (distribution, consumer, competition) or a law student.
  • A dual degree from a prestigious business school is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent writing skills and the ability to synthesize information. Attention to detail, dynamism, curiosity, and organizational skills. Fluency in English is essential.

Experience

No specific experience required, but relevant academic background in business law is necessary.

Education

Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent.

This position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
