Join Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, as an Intern - Assistant Category Manager Skincare Europe. Support brand management and marketing initiatives within the LVMH group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Category Managers in brand management.
  • Oversee product offerings, including assortment analysis, performance evaluation, and planogram monitoring.
  • Coordinate the launch of new products, including referencing and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and implement 360° marketing plans for brand launches, encompassing media, training, e-commerce, and CRM.
  • Assist with cross-functional projects related to store offerings or promotions.
  • Analyze performance metrics for the store, brands, segments, and new products to develop action plans for achieving objectives.
  • Facilitate communication with brands and European countries.

Qualifications

  • Current student in a business school or equivalent university program (M1 or M2).

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills. Organizational and analytical abilities. Familiarity with the beauty market and e-commerce. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English and French.

Experience

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in a relevant field.
