Join Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France as an Intellectual Property Legal Intern. Contribute to the management and protection of Sephora's IP assets within a dynamic and inclusive team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in securing marketing projects through prior art searches and communication materials validation.
  • Support the management of Sephora's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, designs, and domain names.
  • Contribute to the protection and defense of Sephora's intellectual property assets through brand monitoring worldwide, including online and on social media.
  • Conduct legal research, monitor legal developments, and prepare various legal notes and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Intellectual Property Law, CEIPI, or equivalent.

Skills

Proficiency in English. Strong writing skills and organizational abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proactive and team-oriented mindset.

Experience

No prior professional experience required; suitable for students or recent graduates.

Education

Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law or equivalent.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
