Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, seeks an Intellectual Property Legal Intern. Join a global leader in luxury beauty distribution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist legal professionals in the Intellectual Property Department with daily intellectual property issues, including copyright, trademark, design rights, and media law.
  • Contribute to the safeguarding of marketing projects through prior art searches and validation of communication materials.
  • Participate in managing Sephora's intellectual property asset portfolio, including trademarks, designs, and domain names.
  • Support the protection and defense of Sephora's intellectual property assets, including monitoring trademarks and ensuring online brand protection.
  • Conduct legal research, monitor legal developments, and prepare various legal documents and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Intellectual Property Law, CEIPI, or equivalent.

Skills

Proficiency in English. Strong writing skills and organizational abilities. Attention to detail and ability to respond swiftly. Autonomy and initiative-taking. Teamwork orientation.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in intellectual property law is essential.

Education

Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law or equivalent.
