Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the reliability of financial data reported to LVMH.
  • Coordinate the reporting, validation, and analysis of information from subsidiaries and regions.
  • Prepare and distribute closing and budget reporting schedules and instructions.
  • Disseminate financial data to other Finance Department members, including cash management in liaison with Treasury.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Controlling team.
  • Prepare and distribute financial annexes and reporting statements, including P&L, balance sheet, inventories, and cash flow with indicators for monitoring WCR and ROCE.
  • Participate in the preparation of presentations for top management.
  • Implement new reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
  • Administer reporting in SYRUS (SAP FC) in collaboration with the Consolidation team and LVMH BFC IT team.
  • Act as a business partner with country subsidiaries, providing ad-hoc training and community management.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in a Reporting or Controlling team, or in a consulting firm specializing in finance IT systems and functional assistance to corporate finance.

Skills

Rigorous and responsive with excellent communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines. Aptitude for IT tools, with an excellent level of proficiency in Excel (including macros). Knowledge of SAP FC. Fluent in English.

Experience

2-5 years of experience in a Reporting or Controlling team, or in a consulting firm specializing in finance IT systems and functional assistance to corporate finance.
