Join Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France as an E-Commerce Content and Activation Specialist. Be part of a dynamic team within the LVMH group, driving e-commerce strategies and innovations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the animation plan for the e-commerce site and app.
  • Define and implement e-merchandising strategies for product categories.
  • Oversee the creation and deployment of commercial animations and promotions on Sephora.fr and the Sephora App.
  • Collaborate with central teams to create event landing pages and dedicated product selections.
  • Contribute to the back-office setup for promotional elements and app assets.
  • Monitor and update navigation menus and product highlights.
  • Analyze and optimize key performance indicators and stock levels for assigned categories.
  • Ensure effective communication with operations, logistics, marketing, CRM, and offer teams regarding activations and stock management.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT and e-commerce experts.
  • Conduct ongoing e-commerce trend analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in Business or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in e-merchandising or e-commerce roles.

Skills

Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Excel and CMS tools. Experience with Page Designer, SFCC (Demandware), and Content Square is advantageous. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Ability to adapt to changes and unforeseen circumstances. Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in e-merchandising or e-commerce roles is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in Business or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
