Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and paperwork management.
  • Generate departmental reports and maintain a thorough knowledge of departmental operations.
  • Adhere to established standard operating procedures to ensure work integrity and production output.
  • Train floor associates in departmental methods and procedures.
  • Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
  • Comply with safety rules and regulations, reporting any violations to supervisory personnel.
  • Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Basic math skills and effective problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and detail-oriented. Strong communication skills with associates and vendors. Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Proactive and able to give and receive feedback effectively. Teamwork-oriented with a positive demeanor.

Experience

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

This position is based in Olive Branch, Mississippi, USA.

Compensation

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay based on work schedules.
