Sephora seeks a Distribution Center Specialist in Olive Branch, United States. Full-time role with competitive pay and benefits in a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform operational office and clerical duties including waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures to maintain integrity of work and production output.
  • Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
  • Respond proactively to directions from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
  • Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations to supervisory personnel.
  • Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as per company standards.
  • Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
  • Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Basic math skills. Effective problem-solving abilities. Strong independent work capability. Detail-oriented approach. Effective communication skills with associates and vendors. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Professional correspondence preparation skills. Proactive to business needs. Teamwork and collaboration skills. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Experience

Beginner level experience required, preferably in a distribution center or warehouse environment.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

This position is based in Olive Branch, Mississippi, USA.

Compensation

Starting base pay ranges from $18.50 to $19.80 per hour. Certain work schedules may qualify for shift differential pay.
