Sephora in Olive Branch, United States, seeks a Distribution Center Specialist to perform operational duties and ensure departmental efficiency. Full-time role with competitive hourly pay.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and paperwork management.
  • Generate departmental reports and maintain thorough knowledge of departmental operations.
  • Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
  • Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
  • Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations to supervisory personnel.
  • Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
  • Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
  • Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
  • Ensure integrity of assigned work and production output by following established standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Basic math skills. Effective problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and detail-oriented. Strong communication skills with associates and vendors at multiple levels. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change. Ability to prepare professional-level correspondence. Proactive approach to business needs. Teamwork-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

This position is based in Olive Branch, Mississippi, USA.

Compensation

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
