Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the digital strategic expansion and growth initiatives for Sephora's Southeast Asia markets.
- Identify and scale new growth engines for digital commerce, focusing on market expansion, channel strategy, and partnerships.
- Develop and execute the eCommerce business blueprint for the Philippines, including market sizing and financial modeling.
- Oversee the execution of market expansion, ensuring readiness in platform setup, operations, and customer service.
- Own the strategic roadmap for the SEA Gift Card business, driving growth through omnichannel integration and partnerships.
- Assess and define the strategic role of third-party platforms and emerging commerce channels across SEA.
- Develop scalable digital partnership blueprints to drive incremental growth.
- Lead end-to-end partnership cycles, from negotiation to performance management.
- Influence and align with C-level executives and country GMs to support expansion initiatives.
- Represent Digital Commerce in leadership forums and global alignment calls.
Qualifications
- 12–15 years of experience in eCommerce, digital strategy, partnerships, or business development, preferably in beauty, retail, or consumer tech.
- Proven leadership in market launch or P&L ownership for a digital business.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, marketing, and the payments ecosystem across SEA.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large cross-functional programs with tight timelines.

Experience
12–15 years in eCommerce, digital strategy, or business development, with leadership in market launch or P&L ownership.
