Join Sephora in Auckland as a Department Manager. Lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment, driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day supervisory oversight of store operations.
  • Collaborate with fellow supervisors, the Assistant Store Manager, and the Store Manager.
  • Achieve store KPIs and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Manage team performance through regular coaching and feedback.
  • Promote high-level customer service and recommend suitable products.
  • Serve as an escalation point for client and team member issues.
  • Make confident store operation decisions during core hours.
  • Conduct team briefings and support the achievement of store targets.
  • Work on a rostered basis, including weekends, early starts, and late finishes.

Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence team members at all levels by leading by example.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a management role within a fast-paced, high-volume retail sales environment.
