Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in skincare, contributing to the development of educational content and training materials.
  • Collaborate with brand partners and merchants to enhance skincare knowledge and selling behaviors.
  • Design and curate innovative learning solutions to address organizational needs in skincare.
  • Manage tracking and reporting for skincare, brand, and product exposures.
  • Act as the point person for recurring brand programs and maintain skincare team records.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in content creation and education, preferably in skincare.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Skills

Expertise in skincare and product knowledge. Proficiency in instructional design and curriculum development. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

Experience

2-5 years of experience in supporting and building educational content, ideally within the skincare industry.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $86,955.00 - $97,185.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
