Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet all customers with enthusiasm.
  • Provide courteous and expert service to clients.
  • Handle returns and exchanges positively.
  • Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, including gift wrapping.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (mandatory).
  • Experience in handling cash transactions is desirable.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Experience in the cosmetics sector is considered an advantage.

Skills

Excellent customer service skills. Strong organizational abilities. Attention to detail in transaction handling. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Experience

Experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred, with a background in cosmetics being advantageous.
