Role & Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Respect and acknowledge the contributions of colleagues.
  • Maintain an organized and pleasant work environment.
  • Execute transactions with precision and efficiency, including gift wrapping.
  • Handle returns and exchanges positively.
  • Engage in appropriate conversations during transactions.
  • Provide basic store and product information to customers.

  • Actively participate as a collaborative and engaged team member.

Qualifications

  • Previous cashier experience is desirable.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Focus and organization in handling transactions.
  • Experience in cash handling is desirable.
  • Basic computer skills are desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Commitment to task completion and learning.
