Role & Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
  • Greet and assist all customers with enthusiasm, following Sephora's service protocols.
  • Conduct transactions with precision, including handling cash, cards, and digital wallets.
  • Manage product returns and exchanges positively.
  • Engage in appropriate conversations during transactions to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide basic information about store products and services.
  • Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
  • Collaborate actively and engage as a team member within the store.
  • Follow LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
  • Utilize radio and headset for team communication.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a cashier is preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Focus and attention to detail in handling transactions.
  • Basic computer skills are desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
