Join Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, as a Brand Social Media Manager. Drive social media strategies and campaigns for a leading beauty brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the EU editorial calendar in alignment with business priorities and social media trends.
  • Oversee a portfolio of brands, supporting their activations across Europe.
  • Create social media content plans to bolster brand campaigns and coordinate with all Sephora European markets.
  • Contribute to the 2026 strategy for priority brands and upcoming relaunches.
  • Redesign and enhance presentation tools and develop new materials to improve operational workflows.
  • Participate in cross-functional social media projects, including brand events and meetings with brand founders.
  • Generate reports and monitor KPIs for social media campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive monitoring and identify emerging trends to maintain Sephora's leadership in beauty on social media across Europe.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (BAC+4/5) in Marketing and/or Communication.
  • Fluency in English for daily interactions.

Skills

Passion for beauty and social media, with a strong understanding of influencers. Curiosity and awareness of social media trends, particularly on Instagram and TikTok. Motivation, proactivity, and organizational skills for project management. Comfort with numbers and analytical tools. Strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and team spirit.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Social Media.

Education

Master’s degree (BAC+4/5) in Marketing and/or Communication.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
