Join Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France as a Brand CRM & Loyalty Rewards Project Manager. Lead CRM strategies and loyalty rewards in the beauty industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the omnichannel Brand CRM strategy across Europe, ensuring alignment with brand partners and category priorities.
- Coordinate digital assets with Offer, Image, and Brand Marketing teams to deliver impactful customer communications.
- Ensure campaign consistency and local relevance across EME markets, focusing on performance KPIs.
- Analyze campaign results and recommend actions to maximize performance and enhance brand engagement.
- Develop and expand Brand Profile analyses to support top partners in optimizing their 360 strategies.
- Present strategic insights to brand stakeholders to enhance their engagement with Sephora.
- Scope and oversee the new loyalty rewards strategy in collaboration with digital teams and other stakeholders.
- Ensure process efficiency with retail and supply teams and oversee the performance of current rewards.
Qualifications
- Strong experience (7+ years) in Loyalty and CRM.
- Proven experience in the beauty industry or in roles involving brand partnership management.
- Background in consulting is a plus, especially with experience in loyalty topics.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Loyalty and CRM, preferably within the beauty industry or in brand partnership management roles.
