Sephora — Beauty Advisor (Full Time) in The Woodlands, TX. In-store client consultations, product recommendations; $19.80–$22.90/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized in-store consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant advice and maintain client loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting individual and store KPIs and contributing to a high-performing retail environment.
  • Support merchandising, inventory processes and maintain a clean, organized, brand-compliant selling floor.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; demonstrable ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; able to meet full‑time weekly hour requirements (30–40 hrs/week).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when supporting stock and merchandising tasks.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (inferred as a hiring prerequisite).

Experience

Entry-level role; previous experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and develop client relationships is valued.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, beauty or retail certifications are a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
