Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide active support and advice to customers across all departments, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
  • Share knowledge about products, trends, and news from the beauty world.
  • Perform short services in all departments.
  • Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
  • Manage inventory and stock in both the warehouse and sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industry.
  • Initial experience in retail, customer service, and client interaction.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
  • Fluent in English or the local language.

Experience

Beginner experience in retail or customer service is required.
