Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay informed on the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
  • Drive sales results by exceeding goals and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships.

Skills

Passion for beauty and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a retail or client-focused environment is required.

This position is based in South Portland, Maine, USA.

Compensation

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
