Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product application, showcasing expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
- Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to exciting sales initiatives.
- Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and ensure excellent client service during order pickups.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.
Qualifications
- Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Resilience and the ability to react effectively to situations in real-time.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, particularly in beauty or client service roles, is preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Snellville, Georgia, USA, within easy reach of Atlanta.
Compensation
$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and relevant experience.
