Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
  • Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
  • Communicate product knowledge effectively and provide makeovers as required.
  • Complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
  • Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to management.
  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs.
  • Be knowledgeable of special events and cashier functions.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence business partners at all levels. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
